Words Do Matter!

"The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times." Psalms 12:6

Our world, this old earth we live on, and the galaxies around us, were all created by the Word of God. Did you get that? WORDS! And yet our final day that we go off into eternity, whether it is heaven or hell, we will be judged by the very Word of God! So, what are we doing with God's Word while living on this sin cursed earth?

His Holy Word is there to lead us, guide us, comfort us, reveal our sin to us, show the love of a caring and compassionate God. It is there to heal us, help us, and show us how to help point others to salvation in Jesus Christ.

Men and women both sacrificed, gave of themselves, were tortured and killed just so we can have a Bible and know about God, Eternity, and that Heaven is available to whosoever will call upon Christ for salvation.

And it is the Word of God that gives us the faith to believe, and live life for the One that created us all. So, words do matter, and especially the Word of God. Is it changing you? If not, then it is time to get to know the Author of it, the Lord Jesus Christ.
